Flora Toscana’s projects and activities for development and a eco-sustainable future.
Throughout the years, Flora Toscana started various projects and it undertook many activities aiming to contribute to a major sustainability of its business path both from an ethical and environmental point of view.
Such projects include the introduction and growth of Fairtrade flowers on the Italian market and the development and use of consumables & packaging with a low environmental impact.
Fairtrade
Since 2006 Flora Toscana imports and distributes Fairtrade certified flowers, for many years the cooperative was the only floricultural firm in Italy who adhered to the project.
