As part of our sustainability journey, since 2019 we have chosen to support a long-term solidarity project by contributing to “I Bambini delle Fate”, which since 2005 has provided financial support to projects and social inclusion pathways managed by local partners for the benefit of families affected by autism and other disabilities.

“I Bambini delle Fate” was founded thanks to the determination and resilience of Franco Antonello, an entrepreneur from north-east Italy and father of Andrea, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of two and a half. From his personal experience emerged a pragmatic and managerial approach to the challenge life placed before him, giving rise to a project that supports inclusion pathways, also through external contributions and with full transparency.

In Italy, autism affects around 400,000 people. Especially in adulthood, these individuals need all possible support to achieve social and employment inclusion, ensuring them a secure future “after us”.
