PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM

At the end of 2022, the second photovoltaic system was completed on the roof of the new Flora Toscana’s warehouse based in via Caravaggio 15, 264 solar panels positioned on the roof surface equal to an energy capacity of 120 k𝙒p.

In March 2010 Flora Toscana inaugurated on its warehouse’s roof, located in Via Caravaggio, a photovoltaic system capable to annually produce 286.000 Kwh (power capacity 247 KWP) and to reduce sensibly emissions of CO2. 1376 panels positioned on the surface of the roof.
Both systems, in addition to making our company self-sufficient in terms of electricity and reducing energy costs in a particularly difficult period, allow us to optimize the costs involved in production.
The total energy produced is equal to 400,000 kW and the CO2 saved, i.e. not emitted into the atmosphere, makes us one of the greenest companies in our area.
