The Flora Toscana Code of Ethics is the document that sets out the guidelines and rules of conduct the cooperative intends to follow.

The Code defines Flora Toscana’s position and commitment towards its stakeholders and the set of values shared by the cooperative, starting with its members and collaborators.

Today, in the face of an increasingly competitive global market, companies have a duty to focus on factors that enhance the value of their products not only in technical and qualitative terms and economic convenience. Entrepreneurs can no longer ignore the social and environmental impacts of their activities, and consumers too are called upon to pay greater attention to the ethical content and the protection of resources embodied in the products and services they use every day.

This need gave rise to our Code of Ethics, which is deeply rooted in our identity as a cooperative.

This Code of Ethics was approved by resolution of the ordinary general meeting of the members of Flora Toscana Soc. Agr. Coop. held on 17/06/2022.
