LED LAMPS
In July 2016 Flora Toscana substituted in its warehouse in Via Caravaggio neon lights, installed in 1996, with LED (Light Emitting Diode), low environmental impact lights.
In addition to decreasing exponentially the consumption of electricity, LED lamps do not utilise heavy metals like lead, mercury or cadmium and do not produce gas or other highly polluting substances. These lights represent an opportunity to act concretely in favour of the planet and reduce considerably its own energy costs.
